AAA Arizona Regional Call Center

Tucson, Arizona;

The American Automobile Association (AAA) of Arizona moved into a state of the art customer service call center in Building 9070 on the campus of the University of Arizona Science and Technology Park in Tucson, Arizona.  The 12,550 square foot regional call center provides 24 hour assistance to their members in Southern Arizona.  The fast track project was designed, built and occupied in only five short months.  This design build tenant improvement included the main call center floor, training and meeting rooms, administrative offices and employee amenity spaces including a break room and quiet rooms.  Mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection system design services were provided under Adams and Associates Engineers.  The project team included Sears Gerbo Architecture, W.E. O’Neil, Monrad Engineering, and Adams and Associates Engineers.
