Joesler Village Shops and Office Retail Center
Tucson, Arizona; This upscale assembly of shops, office space and restaurants combines elements of beautiful Mexican architecture including red tile roofs and adobe construction with different types of masonry, reconstructing the design style of Josias Joesler, a Swiss-born architect. Joesler Village is currently housing office and retail space including Sullivan’s Steakhouse, P.F. Changs, boutiques, hair salons, and the Zinburger Restaurant in five buildings.
Our team provided mechanical, plumbing and fire protection design services for the grey shells in the retail areas and full tenant improvements in the office areas of the building. Both floors are conditioned through rooftop packaged air conditioning units with the first floor retail area ductwork routed down from the roof to the first floor through duct shafts. CM staff completed this project under Adams and Associates Engineers.
