Town of Sahuarita Municipal Complex

Sahuarita, Arizona;

This new complex, consisting of three buildings organized around a plaza, is the Town’s first civic area and is expected to meet the needs of the Town for many years to come.  The Sahuarita Municipal Complex consists of a 26,000 sq. ft., two-story town hall (administration and development services) building; a 9,000 sq. ft. courthouse building; and a 20,800 sq. ft. two-story police building.  The mechanical system consisted of multiple rooftop packaged VAV air conditioning units.
